YIT plans new apartment buildings for Liikuri Street in Lasnamäe

At its session on Monday the Tallinn City Government instigated design work on detailed plans for the land at Liikuri 5 in Lasnamäe, with which AS YIT Ehitus may gain the chance to construct new apartment buildings.

The land designated for planning is 1.8 hectares in size. The detailed plans would see the space transformed from business and production land to residential land.

Building rights for three apartment buildings connected by a two-storey parking station are to be established for the land. The three apartment buildings may be up to five, eight and 14 storeys, respectively.

There are currently metal hangars and brick sheds on the land housing garages, workshops and warehouses. The land is owned by Vitano OÜ.
