YIT Ehitus signed a contract for building an office and commercial premises in capital of Latvia - Riga

YIT Ehitus signed contract with SIA Towers Construction Management for constructing an office and commercial premises in capital city of Latvia - Riga.

The contract was signed in the method of project management, which means organizing a construction work for building hotel and commercial surfaces. The estimated cost for constructing  the first stage is 40 million Euros.
